Interest in Reentry Roundtable Opportunities

Here are a few additional opportunities you may be a good fit for. Let us know if you are interested and we will reach out with more information.
1. The Coordinating Committee is a leadership body elected by Roundtable membership that provides general oversight of the group and assures that the work of the Roundtable is consistent with its mission and vision. Fifteen members will serve on the Coordinating Committee each year. Individuals interested in the Coordinating Committee will be asked to submit an application to the Nominating Committee for consideration.
2. The Reentry Services Community of Practice is a learning community specifically designed for reentry service providers. The Reentry Services Community of Practice convenes dedicated reentry services providers in Austin/Travis County to build relationships, establish communication practices between providers, learn about services offered in the Austin/Travis County area, and share tools and methods for addressing recurring challenges or opportunities. To participate in the Community of Practice, you must sign an agreement letter and commit to full participation in quarterly in-person workshops.
Work groups are determined by specific work, tasks, or projects consistent with Roundtable’s mission that arise according to the current environment, reentry needs, funding opportunities, and staff availability. Work groups are open to all Roundtable members, people with expertise in the subject area of the work group, Reentry Advocacy Project members, and other interested community members.
