Membership Requirements
Roundtable has an open membership model for individuals and organizational members who commit to the following:
• Appointing a representative(s) to attend monthly Roundtable meetings and activities and participating in two-thirds of Roundtable membership meetings annually;
• Demonstrated commitment to the Roundtable’s mission and agreement to abide by the Roundtable’s guiding principles;
• Commitment to Roundtable priorities and an agreement that members will share relevant information about priorities and will not work to undermine any of the Roundtable priorities; and
• Provide a representative to participate annually in at least one project, initiative, or work group.

Any member may be removed by the Chair if they do not meet the membership requirements outlined above.

Members will engage in the Roundtable in the following ways:
• Affirming the annual budget;
• Affirming Coordinating Committee representatives and leadership;
• Considering proposals offered by the Coordinating Committee for approval;
• Participating in monthly Roundtable meetings;
• Participating in work groups to implement annual funder deliverables in alignment with the Roundtable’s strategic plan;
• Engagement in other activities and events such as town hall meetings, advocacy efforts and learning communities; and
• Sharing information and resources with Roundtable participants.
